Katie and Matt met in 2014 when they were in their high school’s marching band. In 2017 they began dating as Matt went off to college in Florida. They decided to date long distance until Katie graduated from their high school in 2018. She ended up at a college in Florida as well, and it was only two hours from Matt’s! In 2022 Katie graduated from college, they moved in together and got engaged! Now, ten years after they first met, they are officially married!
Katie and Matt got married on July 19th at La Bella Vista in Waterbury Connecticut. We captured their first look in a small wooded area at the venue. They then sat down to read some private vows to each other, which were so heartfelt that I shed a few tears! After their time together, we captured their bridal party and family pictures before heading to the church. Katie and Matt were married at St. Dominic’s Church in Southington. They then headed back to La Bella Vista to celebrate their marriage with their friends and family.
